My DP Certificate has been issued. When will my documents be returned to me?

Once your certificate is issued, it will normally be despatched within 7 working days.  Please ensure that you update your return address within your Alexisplatform account to avoid any delay in your documents being returned to you.

When your documents are despatched, you will receive notification from DHL with your tracking details via email.
