There is currently nowhere within the online application to enter the DP Refresher course. If you have completed the course in place of following a CPD programme, or because you have between 30 and 150 DP sea time days, please add all the DP sea time to your online application before uploading the course certificate to your account, along with the rest of the required documents.
Once this has been done, you should contact the Qualifications Team via the 'Start a conversation' tab at the top of this page, asking for the course to be added manually to your account.
Please allow 3-5 days to receive a response to your email.
DPO's should note that the course should not be completed more than 12 months before their certificate is due to expire. The course certificate will be valid for a period of 12 months, during which time, the DPO should submit their online application.
