You should make your application so we receive it shortly before the expiry date of your DP certificate. Please note that the Alexis Platform will not allow you to start the online application process more than 6 months before the date that your certificate expires. If you receive the message 'You are not eligible to revalidate', it will be because you are trying to revalidate your certificate too early. Please do not contact us if you receive this message as the information is correct, and you will need to try again closer to your certificate expiry date.
