Why don't I have the option to start my revalidation application?

Your revalidation application can only be started no more than 6 months before the expiry date on your certificate.

If you are trying to revalidate within this time but the options are not showing on your account, please check whether the application has already been started.

If you have the 'Complete application' option and the status is showing as 'In Progress' this means that the application has already been started. You can click on the 'Complete application' option and continue with your revalidation application.
