My DP Certificate has been issued. When will my documents be returned to me?

The Nautical Institute team are mostly still working remotely as per the government guidelines due to COVID-19. We dispatching documents, however, there is currently a delay of approximately four weeks from the date the certificate was issued due to the restricted number of staff in the office who are able to prepare documents for return. We thank you for your patience in this difficult time. 

When your documents are dispatched, you will receive notification from DHL with your tracking details via email.

Please note that the paper certificate that has been emailed out should be accepted as your DP Certificate until we are able to replace this with your physical certificate. The QR code can be scanned for verification and your certificate can also be checked online using our website certificate checker.
