Can I record DP time whilst my logbook is at the NI offices?

Yes, time whilst you are in possession of your logbook can be claimed however this would only be counted to your next application after the date of your DP Certificate, or if your application is unsuccessful. 

When revalidating, upgrading or converting, only time after the date of issue of your previous certificate will be able to be used towards the application.
