To apply online you will need to log into your account on the NI Alexis Platform. If you do not know your login details, please use the ‘Forgot password’ option on the login page. A temporary password will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
Once logged in on the NI website, you should check and update any personal details, before completing the below actions:
Please select the Revalidate Shuttle Tanker Application to start the process.
- You will need to scan and attach copies of the documents listed below onto your account.
- Copy of current Shuttle Tanker certificate
- Copy of NI/IMCA logbook
- Confirmation letters for all sea time and offshore loading operations/FMEA trials
- Copy of CoC/STCW
- Additional documents where necessary
2. Once everything is uploaded, click on the submit option, after which, you will receive an email confirming that the Qualifications Team will check through your scans and make your application eligible.
3. Once your application has been made eligible you should complete the payment.
4. Once the payment is completed the status of your application will change to 'Submitted/paid', and will be added to the processing queue.
