Can I use time on standby for the New Offshore Scheme?

If the vessel is on Full DP Mode and the DP desk & bridge is manned accordingly the DP time whilst on Standby can then be counted towards the service required for a DP certificate. The DP logbook should be completed advising this.

All three axis on movement should be under the control of the DP system in order for it to be counted as Full DP Mode.
