Documents required for initial application

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been processing all applications remotely using scans attached online.  Due to the importance of verifying information that is being provided for first time applications, we will be changing how applications will be added to the processing queue.  From 23rd May 2022, all first time applications will be added to the processing queue on the day that the documents have been received in the office, and not when you have submitted your application online.  Please note that this means that you will need to send your documents as soon as you are able, to prevent a delay in your documents being checked.
