How can I find the additional documents needed for the Self-Elevating Platform (Jack Up) scheme? Confirmation letter template

You will need two additional forms when completing the Self-Elevating Platform (Jack Up) DP scheme. These are:

• The additional taskbook which replaces the taskbook in Phase B of the logbook and,
• The DP Operations form where the breakdown of the operations can be recorded to provide evidence.
