Is there any route to DPVM Revalidation that would not require having to complete CPD or the NI DPVM Refresher course, such as extra sea time?

The CPD is mandatory for each NI DPVM Certificate holder regardless of how much sea time in excess of 150 days they may have.  Please see the full list of requirements here
