Who can sign off the DP operations for the Self-Elevating Platform(Jack Up) Scheme?

The 30 DP operations that are required as part of the Self-Elevating Platform DP Scheme can be signed off by the Master of the vessel. 

If you are the Master of the vessel, you will need to have a certificated DPO sign these DP operations off.
